      Nicest company I ever worked for. Considerate colleagues and management encouraging a healthy work/life balance. Talented humans who genuinely wish each other the best. Exciting space as data and analytics are still in its growing and maturing phase. Great selection of clients where you get insight and support into how analytics powers global business and drives competitive edge. If you love to learn and challenge yourself in new areas, you will thrive as it is welcome to step up and take initiative and ownership.

      Cons

      Go to market strategy continues to be honed and there have been numerous changes to navigate for sales teams. That requires an agile mindset and energy to move through which may not be for everyone. Operations can still be improved as company is scaling out of personal dependency size. Hiring process and enablement is already being improved as this was key feedback from last year. You needed to be a self starter but when you ask, everyone steps in to help.

The market for analytics and data at the fingertips of every user continues to outperform. Attractive and innovative market, great product and colleagues, plus an experienced management team.

      Great place to be

      Pros

      Strong team, good strategy, continuous controlled growth, good atmosphere. Data market is growing so Exasol will also grow and they have the right people in charge of growth. I was lucky enough to be accepted for the role, my skills and experience were enough to join Exasol and I am proud of it. I won't lie saying the bar has been set pretty high! The recruitment process itself was ok, all was clear, I received my answers in a timely manner and recruiters were always there to answer my questions. They have a fair and respectful approach to candidates. So far so good.

      Trying to establish their position in UKI region. That takes time and work.
