Some former corporate employees that are too used to the old way and are resisting to accept we are living in the 21st century.

The team works really well together and they're developing really cool products. The different teams are well organized and the partners participate a lot in the management of the company.
Cons
The company has to grow more outside of Latin America to establish as a world-class integrator. Not many people outside of Brazil know Exceda.
