      Pros

      I work in the tech department. The response and aid during covid has been great. There is huge potential to grow within the company. Tech team is very healthy environment with managers who listen and who take on developers ideas. Huge opportunities for innovation which is good when working in a tech team. Great team work between different areas of the business. Very approachable HR and a A CEO who cares and is a super good-guy.

      Cons

      Better benefits would be nice (eye-care, transportation...). Generally not a lot to complain about.
