      -Team mentality, everyone is there to answer -Tasks are challenging and you never get bored since you're needed in multiple and different projects -Can work at the office or at your home

      -It can be intimidating at first having all tools at your hand, but the team will be there to answer.

      A Fantastic Place To Grow A Career

      Pros

      People - The company has a great group of people! You can tell that everyone is passionate about the company vision and take pride in their work. Culture - The culture has been the highlight for me. Unlike other companies that just say everyone has a say, Excel really puts that into action and empowers the team. The Management is there to assist and help when needed, but they don't hover or micromanage. Growth - This is incredibly important to most of the people I know in the job market, and is something that gets thrown around a lot. The difference with Excel is that I was actually able to see (and experience) this growth! Opportunity to move up within a career is very prevalent here.

      Cons

      Growing pains, as you'd expect. Some instances of processes that exist when they shouldn't yet, and lack of process where they should.

      The commitment and dedication to the growth of the employees are unmatched. Every aspect of the business is straightforward and transparent.

      If you come into the industry without background knowledge you have to be prepared to learn quickly.
