Excel has its flaws and there's certainly a lot to improve, but it's not all bad really.

Excel tackles a wide gamut of endeavours and regularly attracts high profile clients with their conferences or those that contribute to their HR magazine.

Lack of incentive to do a good job. No leave, no bonus. Treated like robots.

The best part about it is the boss is never around so you can do what you want within reason.
Cons
As above. No extra benefit, boss is quite emotional, sometimes is nice, other times treats you with disrespect.
