      Pros

      As a previous customer of Excelon Associates, I can say they went above and beyond a typical recruitment agency. They really are experts in their fields and are aware of upcoming changes that could potentially impact you as a customer.

      NONE - they are stand outs! Each and everyone of them will do help you when ever you need it and are always there for you.

      -Reputable/recognizable brand. -Small laid back office -Flexibility to not only recruit in house accounts but also room to prospect for own book. -Strong payout

      Cons

      -Management plays no games. No beating around the bush with them, which I suppose is a pro, however the bedside manner could improve.
