Pros
Freedom to select the solution for project. Ver friendly boss, friendly colleagues, except someone very communism style. High individual working. No report, no chasing from boss.
Cons
Very low salary and benefit. Almost the time is Chinese communication, not suitable for English man. No teamwork at all. Have to wear in formal clothes as company policy. Always say good thing from high manager, but they only want to milk you. Very stingy with employees, company trip only 1 day, no meal provided, business trip always on budget, very uncomfortable feeling to save money on everything spent, OT without benefit, but if you go work late, you lost a half day salary. If company has the trouble, the first thing they do is cut off your salary.
