Pros

Lots of entertainment and off site activities. Pub attendance is very rooted in the company culture

Cons

Bad recruiting process based on cv chats that gives you an idea of what to expect next. Few people know what they talk about and they don't necessarily get their work acknowledged based on merit

Pros

Fast paced, fun. Lots of very clever, down to earth people to collaborate with. No place for egos here. Senior management are very accessible and visible day to day. Really take care of their employees. Significant efforts have been made to make this a great place to work.

Cons

None really. I guess as we are quite small there are not so many opportunities to move around as in other larger organisations.

- Working closely with the C-Suite team enabled me to learn and grow at a much faster rate - Management prioritise family, culture and work/life balance - Management take on board suggestions surrounding work processes, ideas and company culture - Open to training where required - Open to working remotely if viable for both parties - Great communication globally and internally - Exciting clients and briefs as the company is riding the front of the digital/tech wave - a lot of ground breaking Tech being created in-house - Being a middle sized business means that approvals/sign offs generally happen very quickly

- More reflection and sharing of past projects across teams could benefit the company
