      Entry into your first recruitment role, buffet until your next job.

      Cons

      There is no room for growth and the recruiters take on all company expenses. Upper management will use you anyway they can. They literally take anything and everything they can think of out of your already low commission.

      Aweful management. Terrible hiring process. Lied about hybrid work. Worst commission structure in Tampa in an even worse industry.
