Pros

Good learning experience, executives haven

Cons

Very difficult to move up Corporate politics Restructuring constantly, good for corp lousy for employees Management promises, but doesn't deliver Failure to recognize the people who have made a difference unless the person is in mid to high management. Can't say more, it would give me away.

Pros

The only Pro was that I had an opportunity to work on day shift for a couple weeks where I was treated with respect and able to perform my job duties without any concerns from senior staff or my supervisor on my job performance.

Cons

The Afternoon shift which I was on for the better part of Two months had zero structure, Poor to almost zero communication between experienced staff and new employee's. Little to no respect from senior staff. A very Toxic environment to try and work in. I endured Constant Harassment and Bullying from one Senior staff member which was very disruptive to my training. This toxic work environment also became a great concern to my overall mental and physical health. These major concerns where clearly overlooked and never rectified after many attempts by myself to come up with some kind of a solution. " I was truly disappointed that I was not able to continue working as a Ramp Agent" I have always greatly enjoyed work in the Aviation Industry as I have several years Pre Ramp experience.
