Pros

Sorry but I can't think of anything.

Cons

This is such a scam, don't waste your time. It's 100% commission based and your job is basically standing on the street and trying to sell to people. What a joke. They said it was ideal for graduates but you fully don't need a degree for this.

Hi, Thanks for leaving us some feedback, we are sorry to see that you had a bad experience with us. We would love to find out more about what went wrong as we are not a scam business - we do run on commission but we feel this is a positive as you earn as much as the work you put in. Whilst you do not need a degree to work with us we believe this is an ideal role for graduates as it allows them to gain experience within a business and develop work-related skills! We see that you did not feel the job role was clear and we would love to improve this in the future, so it would be great if you could recommend to us how you feel we could improve! Thanks again for your time.

Pros

They have a very enthusiastic atmosphere, so enthusiastic that it makes you forget how little they are paying you, atleast for a little while. They hire anyone who is naive. If you have zero experience in sales, you can learn something here, just don't expect to make any real money. I recommend this for a high school drop out that wants to build some skills for future jobs, but don't stick around forever because you can make more money starting off at burger king than here. I recommend this to anyone who wants to learn door to door sales and be more social, just remember the money is a joke. Everyone curses even management, so great place if you can not keep your mouth clean. You can only make a career at this place if you are willing to work hard making sales, making sure your team makes sales, learning everything, and be comfortable with getting paid lower for your position compared to other companies. If you are smart, work hard take the low pay, earn the experience and then take all that knowledge to another company. You get good exercise walking all day from 1pm-8pm. You get to interact with people of all different backgrounds. They have morning and night meetings to keep you motivated and inspired. They have excellent speeches and jokes.

Cons

Unless you are in a high position, pay is garbage, no health insurance or 401k. The starting position is $250 a week after taxes. You work 57 hrs weekly Monday thru Saturday. In NYC how am I suppose to live with that, specially when I have to dress professional for work, pay the cleaners, purchase lunch, and transportation. Common now I wear $200 dollar shoes with all the walking I wore them out in 3 weeks. You are in Wallstreet but not at a Wallstreet job. They sell you the dream, that you will grow rapidly because they promote people all the time. What you don't know is that with every promotion you get, it means you gotta sell more and pressure who ever is below you, kind of like a pyramid the difference is that your selling real products and generating revenue for real companies. The team leader/ trainer position is like a supervisor the pay is $600-$900 a week but only if you and the people under you reached the quota for the week so it's not guaranteed, and you have to train people all the time and bunch of other responsibilities I won't go into details. They always talk about big money, future trips and amazing stories. The reality is I make more money selling mortgages door to door then what an assistant supervisor, assistant manager and possibly a manager at Executive touch makes.
