Continous improvments in lead acid battery field, and introduce new products with new R&D in this field.
Cons
improve equipmet effeciency and also working environment according to ISO standars, proper using PPE,s and safety of employees.

Open hand, no management policies in place.
Cons
Can fire anyone based on mood , do not care about performance. Zero meetings, you are on your own. Workers strike for their rights Hazardous work environment, killing and disabling workers. Employees with Fake/Online degrees working.
