Youthful environment, kind co-worker and they are friendly

Cons

They were being unfair regarding the onsite schedule. Some employees are allowed to work from home (WFH) anytime without requiring an 'offset.' However, in the team I belong to, the rules are much stricter. Whenever we are asked to report onsite and request WFH due to health issues, the team leader still insists on offsetting the scheduled WFH. While offsetting is understandable, it feels unfair since no additional allowances are provided. Very Very low salary and no activities. Work-Work Balance.
