      Pros

      Good people to work with. Company is situated on a good location.Great product. Democratizing health care vision - a vision well thought out.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Minimum of 80 hour work week. Esp. difficult for employees with kids since this is a very early stage start up.

      Leadership team unable to understand priorities and plan for the roadmap of the product. Spending money recklessly where not required. Work culture not great. No work/life balance.
