Pros
The company made millions of heavy plastic bags each year and loved working with the operators to make sure the products were in good shape!!
Cons
Exopack had a practice of letting people go without reasonable causes! The Facility Manager that hired me in February, 2012 was let go in May, 2012. They then brought in a new Facility Manager that was a horrible human - screamed at everyone there and let several people go very quickly.

It is a clean work environment with safety awareness and they pay decent wages management doesnt micro manage and encourages a job well done with incentives.
Cons
unfortunately it is run but a us investment firm and as is usually the case numerous layoff and job cuts have not made this company a very likely choice for employment
