      - very talented engineers who want to collaborate & build together - exciting problems to solve - product & mission that is absolutely worth it - pretty transparent leadership

      Cons

      - culture can be intense, hard for people to succeed if they're not seen as smart - diversity situation is not great, efforts to improve are there but not enough

      Pros

      Excellent engineers and coworkers. Empathetic leadership that shows it through actions rather than words. Compensation is weighted towards top performers. An opportunity to create a new market vertical. Tim and Matt (the co-founders) treat employees exceptionally well. Executive leadership mostly knows what they are doing. Tech debt is minimal relative to similar companies. Top-notch compensation.

      Cons

      Very high turnover in some teams (marketing and product management) and those functions are still poorly run. There are some high-strung divas throughout the org.

      Pros

      Top tier sales organization for a startup at this stage. They know the product, competitive landscape, and the category they are trying to create. Great benefits for both entry level and senior employees. We got a generous stipend to customize our new WFH office space and all new employees are granted equity opportunities.

      Cons

      Priorities can seem jumbled at time, and we are constantly changing positioning and language to fit with the market. This is to be expected, but if you aren't for a fast paced and dynamic work environment than this place would not be for you.
