    Pros

I learnt a lot about creativity and brand here. The only place which taught me how you need to think for a brand. Amazing work place and great people to work with.

    Cons

    None I could think of.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Great place to work if you ask for the right work, if they trust you, you get the chance to do work that belies your age! With responsibility they also hold you accountable for the assigned work.

    Cons

You've got to be outgoing and friendly with the top management, perhaps even bootlick them to get better work. Introverts might struggle here. Leadership has failed to motivate over the past few years.

    Advice to Management

Restore a similar leadership setup that was present until 2017, before the exodus.

I worked at Experience Commerce full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It's a great place to work. The culture is very informal, people take naps here, play table tennis or Xbox in their free time. Most people are nice to work with too.

Definitely, got to work on some amazing projects as well with brands like MRF, Lenovo, MTR, Fortune Foods etc. Also another good thing is they have less number of clients but they work deeply with all of them. The CEO has a vision to eventually serve clients business solutions on all front so it becomes a little like Accenture.

    Cons

The inter-team play is not so great. Within your own team people will be helpful but other team members, not so much.

    Pros

Lots and lots of opportunities to grow. Passionate people. Good office environment. Approachable seniors. You 're rewarded for good work.

    Cons

Long working hours. You 're expected to work over the weekend. ( Like I said, you do learn a lot but the hard way. ) Screws your work life balance but again 'no gain without pain'.

    Advice to Management

    Get more passionate people.
