Pros

Good attitude of employees, seems like a great place to work as a call center employee, free food sometimes

Cons

No PTO for your first year, CEO has an ego and doesn't actually want to listen to people that know more than him about topics, no communication, no structure

Pros

As they did whilst welcoming me, This company will welcome you with their open arms of delightful encouragement, closely followed with a seemingly endless amount of instructional patience as you learn your designated program. There was not a single day when I did not feel the full support of my whole team. Not to mention the excessive fun the company has during the workday with prizes, drawings, and plenty of ongoing games and fun activities. This company really knows how to choose the very best supervisors/trainers. Those leaders of course, as with any human being, i cannot claim to be perfect, but they came awfully close to perfection in my eyes. There is not one single moment of regret I experienced during all of my time at Expivia. I would recommend this outstanding workforce to anyone seeking a family atmosphere with plenty of opportunity for growth. So why not lend your time and devotion to a company who will make you feel utterly appreciated, and to a work environment of which you will learn to love very early on. All in all, I hope this helps you in your path to ducting the job you’ve been looking for.

Cons

Honestly, as far as cons go, it’s difficult to think of a single one. There are incentives for attendance, for hard work and for dedication. Each of these qualities are rewarded heartily. I suppose the only con is that if you do not seek the awe inspiring work environment as I have outlined above, then this may not be the place for you. However, if you are in search of working alongside passionate coworkers consisting of the utmost patience and supportive, eager helpfulness,.. please give Expivia a try. One thing is for certain. You will never know the struggles of workplace-based disappointment … ever again!
