      Helping people pursue there dreams, work atmosphere was amazing along with the people I worked with

      Cons

      Cold calling, pay wasn't a pro commission percentage was extremely low and it almost felt like we were scamming people out of there money and prying on there hopes and dreams

      Pros

      As we all work with the same goal in mind, everyone at ExploreTalent cheers each other on and work together to reach our quota. Work is tough, but this teamwork makes it a little bearable.

      Paid leaves. We could only wish we had more.

      Pros

      Promotion is important to every employee. No one wants to stay at the bottom for long. I'm glad that ExploreTalent discourages promotion discrimination and that everyone at work is given equal opportunity to go even a step higher.

      Cons

      Workload could be sometimes taxing.
