HR or management will not listen to your concerns, and point you as the problem if you question anything. Constant employee turnover making it difficult to get to know team, structure or meet demand. Be willing to work with a skeleton crew but meet higher production needs month to month. Regional Managers will belittle and mock you in front of coworkers, use excessive profanity and other remarks - The response from HR was "what comes around goes around", and then my position was eliminated a month later. Key production and office crew were let go in mass nearly every acquisition and also due to the pandemic. God forbid what happens when they look to sell or if a recession does hit like expected.
