    A handful of very intelligent people scattered around the globe

    Cons

    - Extremely outdated technology - Slow to adapt with the market - Poor upper management who have no idea what they're doing - CEO does not take into consideration what's happening outside of the US

    Colleagues are really lovely (not including the management) and the technology is great but not used to its full potential

    Cons

    Management are unprofessional and bias to favourites They use their employees and under value the talent they have No training provided to progress careers

    Easy way to go up the leader quicker. Good atmosphere and team are great and supportive

    Cons

    Direction wasn't clear. Needs to be defined more. Management structure, not the best at too much involvement from the CEO

    Diverse role across all commercial teams in EMEA. Some travel included. Lots of growth potential

    Cons

    Centralised U.S. control made decision making difficult at times. High employee turnover from 2013-14.
