Pros
Exposure is a great place to work as the creative nature of the business means there is always something interesting going on and no two days are the same!
Management and staff are talented and inspiring to be around. The HR team are particularly warm and have encouraged my role to be more involved with the business by adding more responsibility, which has enabled me to work along side staff that I would not have interacted with otherwise and expand my experience.
They take time to invest in their staff and it shows on a personal level.
There is also a weekly staff brunch on Friday mornings, where everyone meets to highlight major news, work updates and shout outs for star staff that week!
Cons
Exposure needs more meeting rooms but that's not really a reason not to work somewhere....
