Pros

Ok if you need a bridge between jobs to help pay bills. Not a permanent place to work. Better if you are retired and looking for a little extra income. You use your own vehicle, pay for your gas, and maintenance. About a third of your income goes toward gas.

Cons

You are on the bottom of the totem pole, and need to recognize this. They also charge a weekly fee for insurance, and other stuff, averages around $60 a week.

Most all of your paycheck goes back into your gas tank, terrible management, pay is always changing without notice, inconsistent work flow. Drivers get blamed for everything

Such limited holidays Management is very reactive and often in such a negative way There is an expectation to work all the time - burnout is HIGH The salaries are below average for the roles, experience, and skill set needed. Shady business contracts
