    Pros

    Management was always available. Worked with some great women and men. Pay was pretty good.

    Cons

    They could change the probation policy as it is difficult to go an entire year without making mistakes or getting sick.

    -Awesome interview experience -Great team of HR personal -A tidy and well kept base in Houston -ATP CTP course paid for as well as per diems whilst training -Met amazing people -I hope they are given an opportunity to open up again

    -Sad that it came to an end very quick -Delay in communication from the management about the furlough

    Good pay for entry level part 121 flying. Excellent training

    Cons

    Limited basing options..... and lack of competitiveness compared to other airlines. Too many senior pilots who don’t leave too expensive to maintain.
