HQ in US , EMEA Team without leadership , support or guidance . No progress opportunities or development changes for individuals . Management has little international experience and is concentrated on their own ego - no management skills or leading by example unless you count after hours emailing and Slack coaching instead of verbal coaching in. Not ready to take feedback on board and integrate into new workflows ,some very good people are kept on a very short leash. On paper some good HR ideas , always keen to publish about employer achievements (locally )on all major channels but in reality no backbone . Constant change of roles without vision or guidance, then restructuring the whole org , moving people and getting rid of them - rehiring . Sales strategies are spray and pray without a clear understanding of market and demographics . Great product , such a shame.
