Management offered no support over complaints of aggressive and intimidating behaviour by staff towards department colleagues. They could not have cared less. Attempts to achieve a reasonable outcome to such complaints were obstructed. We may as well have been banging our heads against a brick wall. HR were much the same and clueless to boot. HR have since made some sackings and recruited new staff which has resulted in some improvement in that area. Still, this is one company to be avoided.

Well, well, well... where do I start? I was warned by an industry expert about joining Extra as their reputation is so bad (both for customers and employees). I ignored them and took the job anyway. Oh boy, what a mistake... I had many issues with this company from the moment I stepped into the building. However, the biggest issue was with the mid-high Management and their aggressive, deceitful attitude. I felt from the start I was lied too about the role - it's not a good environment when your manager looks you dead in the eye, blatantly lies to you with a smile on their face - and genuinely thinks that this is acceptable professional behavior.
