benefits aren't good and no paid time off, only paid sick time off. schedule is usually ok, but sometimes you'll get a switch a week out.

They unprofessional and don’t pay their workers on time and no pto and the management doesn’t check on you or go to the sites and management talks to you like they want to fight you and higher ups threaten you if you leave the company. I pay for benefits and I got to pay for my surgery I had because they don’t want to pay it. It’s a hostile workplace environment they believe everything the site manager says. There are no opportunities to move up
