      Pros

      Real family-like vibe in the team and good interactions and collaboration across the global offices too. It's nice to spend time speaking to so many people in different countries. The culture is the best I have experienced in Media/Tech and it is not male heavy like many tech companies. It's great to work for a female CEO who is so well respected! There is no micromanaging and there is flexibility in managing workload which helps with work-life balance. Senior management is extremely transparent and the company is constantly expanding horizons with new offerings so lots of developing opportunities.

      Cons

      Holiday allowance is very low compared to the rest of the industry and there is no opportunity to increase this (buying additional days or through long-service). Sometimes resources can feel stretched.

      Pros

      - Fun office environment, great people, nice family culture - Trusted and respectable employees - All teams are supportive and work together - willing to go the extra mile - Well connected across the regions - Flexible working place - Opportunities for career progression & self development - Get to engage with all level's within the company

      Cons

      - Holiday allowances - Start-up setup. Though processes are being put in place as company continues to grow - Direction changes pretty quickly (all for the positive to ensure its ahead of the game) - At times resources can feel strained

      Pros

      People are knowledgeable and I have learned a lot from working with difficult teams. However the product is weak in the market, which makes it difficult to sell

      Cons

      The culture is way worse than it sounds, even though the company has been trying to create a “global” environment. The HR and the upper leadership teams are just jokes. Terrible benefits, no work-life balance, if you want to be miserable at your job, pick this company lol
