      Pros

      Good coffee/coffee machine. International team. Flexible start time. Some nice people and after work events.

      Cons

      Culture where you feel like you're doing something wrong by just being there. Unreasonable and conflicting expectations from management. Doing the right thing is a flip of a coin. Backword company, not really caught up with the world. Remaining/new management seem to have no plan for the future. Constant stress the company is going under. People in management that should not be in management. Blaming everyone else for everything.

      Diverse and interesting group of people. Pizza parties Largely absent senior management Some managers took genuine interest in staff.

      Cons

      Poorly ran department. Largely absent senior management Dull, repetitive work Atrocious people management and hypocritical policies Gossiping by an individual in the SLT created a culture of favouritism and low level bullying which contributed to stressful working conditions. You have an expiry date. One income stream from an unstable industry makes job security non existent Disciplinary measures for not checking in on time were excessive and unnecessary Disciplinary measures for going over allotted lunch hour, which are heavily monitored Disciplinary measures for being unable to get to the office due to train strikes etc.
