Pros

- Interesting methodology. - Visibility to other companies.

Cons

- Pay is absolutely ridiculous. - Slow career progression. - The company boasts about being a "results-oriented" consulting firm, but that's not true. In fact, project leaders are only concerned about selling/renewing projects and don't care about delivering bottom line results to clients. This happened in every project I participated. - Internal trainings are terrible..... the facilitators (INDG consultants) are definitely not prepared. - Administrative Department is pretty disorganized. I even asked myself how could INDG teach "management" to its clients when its internal processes were a real mess. - Expect to work long hours in most of the projects you will engage in (and you won't get paid for that). - When the project fails, the project leaders always resort to the same excuse: "Lack of leadership from the client". And that's not true. - Project leaders are not "leaders" at all. They're totally unprepared to manage their teams. - This is not a bad point, but a skill you must have if you want to succeed: adaptability. You'll be changing companies on a regular basis and even work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Pros

The company is growing to markets such as EUA, Mexico, Guatemala and Europe. Offer opportunities for those who wants to work in a middle firm (Year Revenue ~150MM U$) with the opportunity to become big. Firm stimulate the consultants to apply for international MBA's and also, with the new projects around the globe, the opportunity to have a international career. Per end, the high relationship among Falconi CEO with the TOP Brazilian executives such as Jorge Paulo Lemman, Carlos Brito, Bernardo Hees, Andre Esteves, Sicupira, Marcell Telles and Gerdau family show to the market that FALCONI is running his strategy to work in the same level os the top 3 management consulting a firms.

Cons

High turn over (some formers consultants mention turn over result over 40% year. No visibility for the parterniship governance project that is running to define who will be the partners of the company Low balance between personal and professional life Low salaries if you compare FALCONI with the other management consultants (Among FALCONI, McKinsey, Bain and BCG don't choose Falconi! They pay less and ask for a lot)
