There isn't much diversity within the company

Decisions are made by one person, from seating charts to directional decisions, no one moves unless the COO or CEO whichever he calls himself and depends on what company he is referring to under the FARM umbrella there are like 5 or 6 and he is basically the top position at each. He does not encourage a "promote from within" mentality, nor are employees awarded for tenure, hard work, promotions or salary increases. Very few if any, besides the leadership team, are ever promoted. Unfortunately, he makes EVERY single decision, from seating charts and lunch orders to directional decisions that significantly impact the company...he makes every choice. (i.e. I was literally not allowed to swap seats with the person next to me because I preferred a window and she didn't.) Despite the fact that he has been promoted through many titles at FARM and only when he now holds the top title at all of the companies (which is a bit strange) does his string of promotions and likely accompanied by monetary raises, have ended.
