      Pros

      worked sales for 12 years in Louisiana for two different company's. Was very successful in oil industry, until oil prices drop.

      Cons

      Working at fastorq was a great challenge,good work ethics and could have been a great future if oil prices would have stayed 60 to 70 dollars a barrel

      Pros

      Fastorq had a friendly work place that was enjoyable to work at. The leadership there could use a little help but they mean well. The benefits and work compensation were both fair. There are weekly career development workshops.

      Cons

      Being a small company there were times when employees weren't sure one what exactly they needed to do.
