      FCB Treats Staff Terribly

      Pros

      Nice offices, free apples, occasionally some really great work.

      Cons

      Staff redundancies are drip fed, with one or two being unceremoniously ushered out the back door each week. This is without warning or without due process, apparently legal up to two years employment. As you can imagine, this creates a terrible atmosphere and has been going on for 5 years.

      Free ice cream in summer.

      At the London office it seems that creativity and knowledge is repressed as a few senior creatives will only have there way. Project management is a disgrace. They seem to think people should sell there sole to there unorganised mess of an agency

      Pros

      Fruits for breakfast and free drinks on Fridays...

      Cons

      Redundancy process is appalling and unlawful. People are being fired from one day to another without prior warning or going through redundancy procedure. Company is very 'cliquey' and it's culture is discriminating and suffocating. Not a good place to be.
