Nice staff but not growth oriented

Pros

Staff is friendly and helpful. Work is divided in teams.

Cons

Company is not growth oriented, and they are still using old programs that makes sales work pretty ineffective and time consuming.

Cons

Stress ful due to appalling mngt and overpriced products which did not work for the customer.

Pros

The people in all departments are all approachable and hard working.

Cons

Management, no long term strategy for the business. Terrible customer care through lack of investment in people and systems. No recognition for working hard. Need to transition to DMA much quicker and put proper systems in place. No clear vision for the Company. CEO weak and voiceless.
