Pros

The employees work hard and most are very good at what they do. Most are there because they have to.

Cons

Omg I don't know where to begin. New management are lying to the employees and the corporation about the business financials. Can we say someone is cooking the books. Then there's what we call our poor sales. Then there's a person in charge of programming our CPUs. This person is so under qualified for the position this persons in. The CEO. Omg this guy is no leader. This guy can read a flow chart but that's about it. Anything else is way over his head. Oh I almost forgot. He's a pro at keeping his feet propped on his desk. This company will not move forward until corporate comes down and wipes out the upper management. I also want to say if you see any good comments on this site it was either management or HR trying there best to make the score better for this company. Look if you try to work here just understand your nothing but fresh meat for management and that's it Plus if your a current employee, forget about raises or bonuses. Any review you get will be bad. They have to say your a horrible employee because there not going to give a raise. Two reasons for this. First the company isn't making money. Second they don't care. Look just avoid this company like the plague. Unless your a zombie don't bother.

Pros

The occasional free food when someone else quits or "retires", I once had a month where they didnt have any work for me but i was still on the clock 40 hours a week.

Cons

In nearly one year working there as an assembly technician, there was only one product I made where the work instructions were complete/correct/even existed and I didnt have to repeatedly go to engineering or the programming department to ask why something wasnt working. I spent numerous hours running around asking for tools/connectors/test fixtures that supposedly "everyone is supposed to have," but maybe one ever did. They tear cheap boards out of chinese products and resell them as their own. The management has no idea whats going on around them, the CEO was head of engineering when they fired their actual Head Engineer. The CEO has a business degree. Management is full of nepotism and if you dont agree with the higher ups, you get fired. The FAA came in 2016 and found 7 pages worth of findings against the repair department and yet somehow they are still allowed to make products for airplanes. Literally not one employee has good to say about working their, breaks are filled with angry rants about management.

Pros

Small company means everyone matters - all hands on deck. Because everyone is empowered and imperative, they are valued. People are motivated to work hard and can see the fruits of their labor easily. There is little to no bureaucracy. Innovation is highly esteemed. Excellent location near Ga 400, Big Creek Greenway and Halcyon.

Cons

Employees might like a few more perks - free coffee, a place to eat out of doors, holiday parties/gatherings. These are small growing pains that can be easily overcome with some time and attention.
