It's work from home. Work with Federal employees.
Cons
Discrimination and poor training. Homework, demanding and Favoritism. Do not work here. I got fired over the phone. Their trainers are a real trip. They woo you in and then waste your time. 2 weeks no pay, no leads, Avoid this place.

The management at FESA are 100% focused on training all employees to focus on fulfilling the clients needs. Great atmosphere and training!
