      They will pay above the expected standard in the industry for managers.

      Cons

      Because they pay well, you are expected to work as needed on your personal time or off days without hesitation or question.

      The location was convenient to home.

      The top management had egos for days. They do not have respect for women. Very sexist and no managerial skills to run efficiently.

      Somewhat good pay for positions, that’s about it.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. They expect you to work 50-60 hours a week and have no free time for yourself. Management is very rude and doesn’t care as long as their is a physical body in the position, they will hire anyone. VERY unorganized process.
