Pros

1. CTC looks good even though they don't offer that much.. not even close to half of it is paid 2. Fancy job titles 3. Encouraging to work harder

Cons

1. Pays salary on 7th of every month.. (on14th of the month for past few months with 15% reduction for no reason..) 2. No Growth in career.. which means after every appraisal or a promotion, youll do the same job which you were doing from the start...no learning.. no exposure . 3. Stressful environment - they don't trust employees.. for everything they need a proof.. they make you sign up tons of paper if you take a leave or if you work on a holiday.. 4. Work timing is 8 1/2 hours which means you start from the home 1 hour before, which means get ready from 8am and reach home by 9 pm... So basically you spend more than 13 hours per working day. 5. One day off per week, but still youre expected to answer all work related calls, whatsapp and email. On special occasions that comes atleast twice a month you'll be expected to sacrifice day off for that and expected to take compensation on their given day. So don't plan any personal work on your off, it might change. And the norms for comp off, extra hours will be changed without notice by the Management, imagine the consequences. 6. Salary components.. they have something called as sincerety fund.. they take up a certain percentage from your salary... Which means ... From the basic pay you LL be losing more than 30% 7. When they re not able give the salary, they LL ask you to sign-up a sheet which says, I'll not do any disobedience (which includes asking for salary or telling anyone that FIITJEE is not paying) in any case or in any form.

Pros

Fiit-Jee is a decent choice only for beginners. Work for a year or so and then move on as there is no place for honest, talented people in this firm.

Cons

Fiit-Jee is one of the biggest names in the private coaching industry in India. It has been operational since 1992 and claims that ‘Truth’, ‘Transparency’ and ‘Commitment’ are its working tenets. However, the actual Fiit-Jee culture is far removed from these tenets. Behind the facade of principles lies an organisation where people rise up the corporate ladder through connections, sycophancy and boot-legging, and not through merit, dedication and hard-work. Fiit-Jee runs its centers by installing Center-Heads and provides them a free hand in managing the affairs of center. Most of these people are utterly incompetent and incapable of even assembling words to make a meaningful sentence. Mr. Hanuman (Fiit-Jee, Pune center) is a prime example of a center-head whose communication, inter-personal and managing skills come to a zilch. Coming to ethics, Fiit-Jee center heads are appointing their own immediate family members in the same office. And these families make merry of the situation by taking Punching machines to their homes and register attendance from the convenience of their homes. Regarding transparency, the less said is better. Fiit-Jee claims to be insolvent now and not in a position to pay the salaries of its employees. It has also guzzled up the EL, CL and other leaves of employees without even bothering to inform them to avail the leaves (as en-cashing leaves would not be possible due to the financial crisis the company is facing). To keep things short, Fiit-Jee is not an organisation one should look forward to associating with. Better look out for other avenues.
