      Quite possibly the worst, most toxic place I've ever had the misfortune to work at

      Pros

      None at the company but the invites from hotels and other suppliers are a nice perk.

      Cons

      So many it would be impossible to list them all. Bullying, harassment, constantly being set up for failure and belittled/thrown under the bus, are amongst the first things that come to mind. If you don't suck up to management or are within their grace for whatever reason, they will make your life a living hell. Not to mention the ridiculous salaries they offer for the amount of work you'll be doing. Working hours are something that lives on your contract only - leaving on time is strictly frowned upon. Mental health is not even contemplated: in fact, the moment you show any signs of burnout (which is very likely) you'll be too you are weak and you should seek an alternative career. A word of advice: steer WELL clear of this company

      I got lots of experience at First but this was not really a pro.

      Cons

      Toxic boardroom. Unqualified staff promoted to management positions. Expected to go above and beyond for the company but then not really rewarded or recognised.

      Sadly there was no positive experience in my time

      Cons

      Sadly my experience (along with others) has been very nasty. The senior leadership led by the CEO bullies and berates staff. The president is her echo chamber. Very cliccy staff and making mass redundancies because of ineptl leadership. Google - this should not be a company you use to contract staff. They are very bad.
