Ability to work with some very talented individuals on interesting products.

Cons

Low morale, poor comms/co-operation at management and department levels, which is below the standards of a company of this size and capability. Lacking resources in some key areas, which is causing frustration and stress. From a local level, HR seems unsympathetic towards employees, incompetent and is neither energizing nor inspiring.

Cons

Poor communication, very heavy workload, impossible deadlines, and non stop restructuring. They are constantly restructuring and laying people off.
