High Turnover, performance is based off AI evaluation only even though the system is inaccurate and unstable, no bonus for attendance/high performance.

Flexible work schedule. Possibly room for advancement, who wants to satay? That’s it!

Cons

They lure you saying that you will be able to work from home. However that’s something that’s earned over much time. After you get there they try and make coming into the office much more attractive. They take from the little people every chance they get.
