Pros

No Pros at all. Just wasted more than a year with this company to save the resume. If it has to be the last company on the planet, then also you are not supposed to apply or join.

Cons

Pathetic HR, Management team is too poor to understand the organisation culture. Zero Empathy towards Clients. No steps towards Client retention. Do not expect to get your full salary in hand even though working for an entire month as every month they will show some rubbish reasons to deduct your salaries.

Pros

I learned how NOT to run a company.

Cons

I worked at the Mumbai "office". The boss there is a lady. The Cons are following - Cuts salary even if you perform as per directives. -Changes the standards of performance at any given time -The "office" is just a single room. It is less of a corporate and more of a factory or workshop. -The environment is suffocating. -Requires you to make a fixed number of follow-ups, even if you spend the day in meetings and convert the leads -People have left the company because of this behavior. It is traumatizing. -Follows management style from the stone age. Behaves like a god. -The product is third grade, yet wants the employees to push it. The conversions are low because there are much better products available at same prices. -Does not have any initiative to listen to the employees. -Has no etiquette to talk to the customers. Has no initiative to maintain client relationships. -Gives fake promises to clients, then blames employees for not performing. Highly unethical. -Does not pass the expenses of work traveling. Always have lame and pathetic excuses for slashing the money. -Has not given a single bonus. -Takes employees as personal property. Is self a follower of slave mentality, wants others to be slaves as well. -Often takes the big leads converted by the employees in self-account. Takes all the incentive of hard work of others, and even slashes their travel expenses. -Believes that costs should be saved in any matter, by cutting salaries, cutting bonus/incentives. Has no interest in profit maximisation. Does not care about top line. -By self, logs in exaggerated expenses. It is highly unethical in nature. -Does not care about reputation and relations -Does micro-managing. -The office is so small and management practices so poor, it felt more as a roadside dhaba than a company. - Fake and radical behavior. - Has no sense to manage the people. No company would ever let their experienced people go, because they have created client relations, and know the product well. They can handle any customer query. They are valuable assets. But here they are fired, for any pathetic reasons. -The product SalesMantra makes automated DRS reports every day. Yet they want you to make an excel entry. Please try to learn your own product first. -I was forced to make follow-up calls, after returning to office at 6PM after handling back to back positive meetings. Such nonsense it is. -The HO has never made an effort to listen what the executives have to say. They do not want to go to the root of the problem. And the executives are not even allowed to meet the top management whenever they are visiting.

Pros

I dont thing so any pros in this company u learn only handle pressure ...because boss never think you are humanbeing they thing a machine. They wont do sales but they axpect in lakh in a day.

Cons

No respect and even they cut salary without any reasion .management is worst they dont handle customer as well as employee. Specially mumbai boss is worst she dont know what is sales even she react like a road side food seller. I dont know what wrong with her might be lack of knowledge
