      Pros

      The people, team, and culture at FUSION are extremely nice. I enjoy working here and think it'll be good for my resume and career.

      Cons

      The company gives the basic holidays off. Wish there were more paid holidays.

      Great Company to Get Experience At

      Pros

      The team members here are the best part. Everyone is super cool and kind. They have different parties throughout the year and do a lot of raffles and giveaways. The clients they work with are really cool. I was able to get the experience I needed to be able to grow in my career. Fusion of Ideas is a great place to work if you want to gain experience.

      Cons

      Most of their workload is in the last two quarters of the year, so there is a lot more stress and projects to handle during that period. But they are good at trying to make sure everyone is comfortable and not too overworked during these stressful times. The rest of the year is a lot easier.
