Nothing is a pro here at Fabory!

Cons

Not aloud to use the toilet Not aloud to make a drink Spoken to like rubbish Management are clueless Management are rude and unapproachable 15 people have left within 1 year ! Not aloud to speak about your own beliefs and regions Told if you can or can’t have your lunch If you move of your desk they know and pester where you have gone Not aloud heating on so you have to freeze Laptops are old and half broken they won’t buy new ones Chairs are all broken won’t by new ones Not disabled friendly don’t have lifts to get upstairs Stay away , they will ruin your life and mental health

Decent pay is all I can think of.

Cons

Everything possible, run by the Netherlands which is a huge issue in the UK as the poor staff can not service the customers properly, cant see a future here, shame as some decent staff. Needs some investment ro sustain a future, can see another 12 months of survival.

- Poor Salary. - Theft within the workplace. Found out they had lockers installed after it happened to a new starter there. - Not keen on keeping the customers happy. Always turning them away in favor of using the web shop. Then when the web shop encounters issues you just get grief off customers and there is was formal training on how to troubleshoot these issues. - Went through over 10 different sales people within a 12 month period. The longest serving person there at the time hadn't even been there a year.
