The environment at Facet is unlike anything else I've ever experienced - in a good way! The expectations are high but the performance objectives are clear. It's thrilling to be part of a team where everyone is equally committed to success and pulls their own weight. I appreciate being part of a company that shares the same core values I do (transparency, high performance, passion, integrity, courage, and coachability). A job well-done is recognized. Opportunities for improvement are clearly and kindly outlined in the moment, as opposed to saved up for an annual review. The team in genuinely supportive of one another.
