I could not find any positives to working for this company.

This company is one operation of many being run by the same group of individuals. They see it fit to simply start again new when the company name has been tarnished due to bad business practices. Signs to look for on your first job interview. Are you questions being thoroughly answered? Such as, what is the compensation plan? and will I received a contract ? Will we be paid via W4? If they attempt to get you to start working the same day, you know its a shady operation. Biggest Red Flag: If you see multiple company logos being displayed at the front desk you know its a start up company and one of many companies being run from that one location.
