I have couple of points to mention. If u think your career is worthy of it, read it or else you can join the company and write the same review yourself next year : 1. Recently promoted Management (SM) thinks he owns people and can dictate work to them anytime. (No respect for working hours, Vacations, Planned Leaves). So forget about your personal life because they don't respect you or your work life balance. 2. They fire the employees every Friday(It's a Fun Friday for them). So you will always have to keep your bags packed. 3. No appreciation, acknowledgement for the good work because manager will take all the credit for it and hide behind you if there is any problem. 4. Salary Hikes????? Do they even exist? Yea sure after filling management's pocket if peanuts are left, you will get some. 5. They don't treat you as employees but SLAVES. No wonder 80% of employees have resigned. 6. No learning, No growth or progress in career but if you want to go in depression by working 15 hours a day and still don't seek any acknowledgement then this is company for you. 7. If u can be manager's pet and a sycophant , Congrats you have landed on right place. 8. Zero transparency from management. 9. @HR please learn some manners or enroll in school again because you need it 10. Company strength is 47, out of which 30 people have resigned. 11. Also all the good reviews that you see are put by HR so don't trust them P.S : I am taking time out of my life and writing this, not out of hate but to put out right picture in front of you. If your career aspirations are : Learn Dirty politics, Learning Cunning & Cheap tricks, Want to learn how to be unempathetic and unethical You can join this company. Good Luck.
