Pros

No Pros for collections team to be precise We hear there is room for growth but how many person can be team lead for 133+ collectors

Cons

The working condition is so unfavorable to a human being they say no one is forcing you to work pass your schedule but threatens you in a way you end up 8-8 the team leads/manager is inhumane with their leadership style.. it is all whatever the company wants the company get [according to the manager] In time past it was a good place to work but has at today/yesterday it has become a sad environment

- Remote work from home. - There are talented engineers within the team. Advice to Talented Engineers: There are likely better opportunities out there where your talents will be more appreciated.

- The working environment is toxic and highly stressful. - Management is often perceived as rude and unapproachable. - The CTO lacks basic courtesy, often skipping greetings and abruptly disappearing after asking questions. - The culture encourages excessive complaints and reporting without direct communication. - A single complaint can result in termination, creating an atmosphere of fear and mistrust. - The environment is pushy, with a constant emphasis on stress as a motivator, which negatively impacts morale. - The management style is ineffective and disorganized, making it difficult for employees to thrive.
