Peer-level staff attempted to be supportive, THEY UNDERSTOOD, which should tell you a lot

• No structured training before expectations • Leadership aware training coach was never provided • No meaningful follow-up from Executive leadership • Unrealistic workload without adequate staffing support • Lack of transparency about pre-existing issues • Maintenance staffing shortages affecting operations • Unprofessional leadership communication at the executive level (in front of peers) • Disorganized processes and unclear direction

Pros

Honestly, the only good thing were some of the employees. Things went downhill after Jeff let his son take over. He hasn't run the company in years.

Cons

The cons here are probably too many to list. They suck you in with decent pay, so it's hard to leave. But you'll walk into a mess that they expect you to clean up. You'll be expected to do a lot, either by yourself, or with very little help. People get promoted on the buddy system. Not based on actual hard work.
