      An OK Experience.. being a fresher got to learn.. but have a feeling something is not right.

      Pros

      Freedom to experiment. Decent facilities for expatriates. Scope for explosive growth. One of the decent companies in middle east.

      Cons

      Short sighted policies. Too many managers. Compensation policies not fair,Internal controls are weak. Lot of bad apples (employees) in the overall population.
